What inspired me on Instagram: G.Nancy

I was at a birthday party the other day explaining how I managed to find all this online inspiration while being a mother of 2 boys (one 21 months and one 8 weeks old). Where did I find the time? I find that more and more it just comes knocking on my doorstep. Through Instagram for instance. This is another great shop from New Zealand that just happened to find me on this platform. 

I love the robes by G.Nancy, specially this flamingo (is that because I am a boys mom...) and the elephant. But there's more. Cute organic pj's and a wide range of happy socks.  

Can't wait to put my babies legs in these little leggings

When your kids are little I don't feel you should bother them with jeans. They should explore their little world in comfortable soft clothing. There are more and more nice brands coming out with great prints. And I was happy to spot these little cuties by House of Mia. Leggings available for both toddlers as well as older kids. 

Also fallen for the cute colorful little shoes. They're by Freshly Picked who recently got nominated for the Martha Stewart American Made award. 

Unique and individual, what more can you wish for?

I love opening new doors online. Often I forget the road I had taken to get to a certain website. One thing I do know this time. I found this brand on the Finnish blog Bee and Bambi. What brand it is...? Annika. I love the uniqueness and the individuality you can offer your kid with these clothes. Find more about this brand and look at the new Autumn and Winter collection here.

Dress me up in handmade

If you're a lover of something original for your little girls than Two Els is an online must visit. This brand founded in NYC only started this summer with their first collection. But how promising was it and is their new preview of the autumn/winter season. It's clothes that put a smile on my face and that will suit the cheeky little girls really well. I'm an all boys mom otherwise these would go straight to my wish list.

I can highly recommend lötiekids

Sometimes I get some products from a sponsor. I enjoy that because of course I love a present now and than and second because I get to test their products. And in all fairness... it's easier to recommend something if you've tried it yourself.
For lötiekids clothes from Barcelona my little boy was the one to do the testing. We've tried some shirts and shorts and I must say I really really love them. The material is really soft and holds well after washing, as well as the colors. And they've thought of little ones by putting buttons around the neckline making it easy to put on and off. What I personally like is the amazing prints. Beautiful detailed fishes, bikes, houses and now with the new collection sea stars and kangaroos.
Luckely I'm not the only one loving the lötiekids products. I've spotted some other (Dutch) users in my Instragram feed and they are also very fond of this brand. 

A great campaign for a Kids Concept store

I really like this campaign I spotted at WeWantWow. It's from BonBon on the Block a shop in Rotterdam, the city where I lived in The Netherlands. It shows dads that dress their kids photographed in their own home. Such a fun, everyday, normal, not overstyled way to do it.
Also like what Vincent has to say about his kids 'The kids confront us both with our short comings as talents as a parent'.  

Party along with Lindex and Littlephant

I'm a huge LINDEX fan and a huge Littlephant fan. Can you imagine my excitement when these two teamed up for a collection. They started last season and how there's a whole bunch of new items in the shop. You can order from most European countries. Make sure you visit the LINDEX shop if you haven't already because there are much more goodies to find for an affordable price (many of my Instagram followers have already placed several orders).

New discovery. I love Instragram as you get to peak into other peoples life and inspiration. That's also how I learned about Corby Tindersticks. Love their shirts with great detailed illustrations and applications of buttons and emboidery. And their felt little posters. Unfortunately this grey one is sold out otherwise it would be on our walls I can asure you! And the quircky dolls are also Corby Tindersticks designs. And the good news is that Rotterdam based webshop Shak-Shuka (my IG source) will stock some of their collection in the near future.

Step into Fred's World

Fred is a little green Danish frog. Fred's World by Green Cotton is the world of fun, playfulness, colours and considerations for the future. When thinking about clothes he doesn't look at kids as little princes and princesses but as active kids with a lust for life. And their clothes need to fit that lifestyle by being practical but still smart. Good news for the Dutch market.... Moose Agency will represent this brand and show the new collection to retailers at De Kleine fabriek this weekend. So retailers, get on board so that we'll be able to find it in stores very soon.
